PE-PP Recycling Lines are used for the recycling of post-consumer and post-industrial wastes of Polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP).

Recycling lines are designed based on the form of plastics (rigid or film), processing capacity and the types and level of contaminants.

Plastic wastes are initially shredded with a Shredder Machine, followed by washing with a designed washing line depending on the contamination level. After washing, the cleaned plastics are dewatered in a drying machine and transferred to a buffering silo. The cleaned and dried plastics are automatically fed into the Extruder and converted into granules.
