Virgin or recycled Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) raw materials are used for the production of double-layer plastic films. Additionally, the layer feature allows for the insertion of recycled material between layers produced from virgin raw material or the production of LDPE-HDPE layered films.

ABA extruders enable the production of LDPE-HDPE layered films, which cannot be produced with single-layer extruders, improving the physical properties of the film and enabling more cost-effective film production.
