For single-layer (mono) extrusion lines:

• Average thickness indicator (if film width and specific gravity are entered).

For multi-layer Co-extruder lines:
• Ability to adjust the capacity of each extruder separately in kg/hour and display total capacity.
• Ability to display the capacity of each extruder as a percentage and monitor the percentage ratio relative to the total capacity.
• Ability to adjust the product weight at the output (gr/meter) based on the impact of each set kg/hour extruder capacity on the total capacity.
• Average thickness indicator (if film width and specific gravity are entered).
• Ability to create recipes.
The main purpose of our Line Control Systems is to adjust the highest possible output in extrusion lines with utmost precision. Using the weight-controlled hopper, the system calculates the current consumption rate, reads the puller line speed, and determines the product weight at the output. Based on these readings, it automatically adjusts to the desired capacity value (kg/hour) and the product weight at the output (gr/meter) with utmost precision.
Efficiency Monitoring:
In Line Control systems, it's possible to set and monitor hourly efficiency for each extruder separately. Additionally, it allows viewing product weight and thickness (in microns) for each layer.
Control Capability:
Through a user-friendly monitoring screen, besides tracking the system's operating performance (Basic information screen), it enables various adjustments such as updating the system operating mode, efficiency, and performance settings.
