The raw material loader is designed to transport granules to machines fed with granules. The vacuum unit and material hopper are fixed to each other in separate bodies. The loader system, which can be easily connected to the system to which the material will be transferred with its special flanges, is made ready for material loading through an antistatic suction hose and stainless steel pipe. Warned by level sensors and controlled via the control unit, the loader system fills the hopper with the required material and delivers it to the system with the help of vacuum.
The dust collector in the material loader, which has a dust-retaining feature and protects the system, is cleaned during the operating period by the Automatic Filter System. The cloth filter structure has a stainless steel body and is of strong construction.
