Print tracking systems are systems that play a role in achieving high efficiency and strict quality standards throughout all stages of manufacturing, from monitoring production by the operator to inspection (defect detection) and quality assurance.
In sync with the machine it is connected to, these systems compare the desired print on the line with a predefined ideal print image (can store up to 30 images in memory) previously set. By comparing the two on the screen, any printing errors that may occur at that moment are addressed with the assistance of the operator.
